Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College has an institutional culture that promotes healthy lifestyles and fosters open communication among employees.  The college offers affordable, accessible healthcare to employees and their dependents through campus health clinics. Also, through a variety of partnerships, the college promotes healthy initiatives like regular blood pressure screenings, CPR training, and healthy eating and exercise.  Ongoing and sincere communication empowers employees to continue to make a positive difference at the college and in the community.
