What makes your college a great place to work?
Presidential Statement
We nurture a "happy and productive" workforce. We do this by acting on the notion that student success is directly linked to our #1 resource, our people! Therefore, our employees understand how their job contributes to our vision and mission. Victoria College has made substantial strides across all Great Colleges to Work for survey categories. Considerable gains in the pride and respect and appreciation categories indicate our culture is ever improving.
Employee Comment
I appreciate that our input is truly valued and our president truly cares what we think. He asks for input because he wants input -- not just to appease us. We are all on the same team. Under previous administration, that was not the case. It's nice to know that we are all working toward a common goal -- making sure our students are successful.
