What makes your college a great place to work?
Presidential Statement
Among the many differentiators that Endicott College has to offer--including our academic programs, internship model, and entrepreneurial culture--the most important feature is our people. Endicott's community is comprised of highly dedicated faculty and staff who all have the same mission in mind--to transform the lives of students with exceptional academics and experiential learning. While Endicott has seen extensive, positive growth over the years, the quality and commitment of our staff has remained a constant.
Employee Comment
Endicott is a community. It's not just a place to work, it's a support system. I love the smaller size of the institution because it really allows me to focus on my curricula and students and it's great to be able to meet so many staff/ faculty members and know people by name. The benefits are great, the opportunity for educational advancement is great too! There are so many great things in place to support faculty and staff.
