What makes your college a great place to work?
Employee Comment
We have an open, supportive, positive culture and a strong sense of mission. My colleagues are wonderful: collaborative, intellectually curious, passionate about teaching and supporting students. We attract students who are bright, interesting, talented, and committed to doing good work in the world. I also appreciate the sort of 'entrepreneurial' spirit at the Institute. Senior leadership it open to new ideas and initiatives. There's support for risk taking.
