Employee Comment
Baylor is a great place to work because, here, academic excellence is elevated, a Christian commitment is celebrated and nurtured, meaningful research is cultivated, and the Baylor Family welcomes and values each student. Additionally, our faculty and staff are supported in a distinctive professional environment, enhanced through significant investments towards employee success and outstanding benefits, with opportunities for professional and personal growth and development within a caring community.
President's Statement
Baylor is quite a special place. The instructors, professors and administration all come from such a place of love. Everyone is incredibly caring, thoughtful and compassionate. They push for greatness and excellence, but in such a thoughtful manner. I've been so impressed with my colleagues and their servant leadership. I would highly recommend this university to anyone considering an instructor role.
