What makes your college a great place to work?
Employee Comment
FIU's culture of excellence and innovation infuses the university with an energy that is infectious. It's just one of the many reasons that make FIU a great place to work. Leading that culture is our faculty and staff, who are fully invested in the success of our students. They are committed to making sure our students receive the education and opportunities necessary to excel in today's world.
President's Statement
I appreciate having the ability to actually make a difference in students' lives - many of our students are first generation, Pell-eligible, transfer from local community colleges, commute, etc., and I believe that the work we do in guiding them and supporting them throughout college has a positive impact on their lives.
